In January The London Business Forum but on a fab event with Sir Ken Robinson giving a talk on the War for Talent.

Through humour and stories he argues that the world of human resources are facing a crisis and that things need to change. I will say no more, The London Business Forum have been kind enough to provide the audio from the talk.
